Senior trip to Disney

Ashley was my best friend in high school and I have her to thank for Dave. She actually used to date him but it wasn’t a right fit and I’m really glad it wasn’t! People ask if it was awkward but it wasn’t and isn’t. I was actually one of her bridesmaids!

Ashley’s a tough lady and also a goofball like me. Dave sometimes would be a worry wart when I went out to bars and such but he always knew that if I went out with Ashley I’d be safe. I don’t really like confrontation and I’m not saying that Ashley did, but she was not afraid to stand up for herself or her friends.

There are so many nights of fun drinks, dancing and nachos with you Ashley. I know some day we will tell Max (her son and my godson) and my future children the crazy times I had. I doubt they will believe it because I’m so tame now and pretty much a grandma that goes to bed early and wakes up super early.

Ashley-I don’t see you as much as I should but I love knowing that we always will be friends.

Oh and most importantly…HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!
